UberEATs, the division of the online transportation service Uber that allows customers to request food delivery via an app and website, has more than 500 member restaurants in Connecticut, Uber said Tuesday.
Last August, Uber launched the app in New Haven, later adding Hartford, Stamford and Danbury.
Data Uber has collected also shows that in Connecticut, EATS' total average delivery time (from order to doorstep) is between 35-40 minutes.
Nationally, more than 40,000 restaurants partner with UberEATS, up from 1,000 active restaurant partners this time last year. The program also is based in more than 60 cities nationwide.
