Connecticut home sales and median prices statewide rose in March, Realtors say.
There were 2,527 single-family units sold last month vs. 2,404 sold the same month a year earlier, Connecticut Realtors said Friday.
Median price for those closings was $237,000, a 3.1 percent gain from the $229,900 median a year ago.
Condo/townhome sales across the state climbed 17.3 percent in March, to 697 units from 594 units a year ago, Realtors said.
Median sale price for those attached units grew 7.1 percent to $151,000 vs. $141,000 in March 2016.
