Hartford Rotary awards Do-Good funds

The Rotary Club of Hartford granted a $5,247 Do-Good Fund Award to Hands On Hartford to provide a new produce cooler for their food pantry, and a new printer for their MANNA Community Meals program. The Wilson-Gray and Downtown Hartford YMCAs are recipients of a $3,300 Do-Good Fund grant from the Hartford Rotary Club that will enrich youth development programs for city youth. The Children's Museum was awarded a $25,000 grant from the Maximillian E. & Marion O. Hoffman Foundation to support the continued development of an original exhibit on Jurassic-era dinosaurs called "Dinosaurs in your Backyard: A Portal to Past Worlds."

Hands On Hartford received a $25,000 grant from the Lincoln Financial Foundation to support the MANNA Community Pantry and Neighborhood Services, as well as its kids weekend Backpack Nutrition Program.
