Modified parking for some other streets include: No-parking restrictions are lifted from 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Trinity Street. Restrictions remain in effect on Elm Street.

As always, legal on-street parking in the city is free after 6 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends, Smith said.

Additional free off-street parking is available after 5 p.m. at the State of Connecticut surface parking lots on West Street and along Capitol Avenue, HPA said. Additional paid off-street parking is available near Pulaski Circle.
