An Arizona-based facilities and asset manager has opened a new office in Hartford's Goodwin Square in connection with its growing business relationship with 7-Eleven and Sunoco stores on the East Coast.

Vixxo said it will provide maintenance services for fuel, food and beverages at the stores. Vixxo already had a contract to service more than 9,300 7-Eleven stores. 7-Eleven's parent company acquired Sunoco last year.

Vixxo recently moved its Hartford office to occupy 20,000-square-feet at Goodwin Square, 225 Asylum St., where it said it has expanded its customer service team.

"The new Hartford office affirms our growth and continuous efforts to better serve our clients," Vixxo CEO Jim Reavey said in a statement. "We realize the value our clients place on our ability to keep their operations up and running, and our Hartford team is focused on supporting their critical revenue-generating assets along the East Coast."
