A West Hartford-based mortgage lender has opened new operations in Glastonbury, its sixth location in Connecticut.

First World Mortgage Corp. announced Thursday the opening of its new facility in Glastonbury's north end at 30 Hebron Ave. Headquartered in West Hartford, the company also has offices in Southington, Windsor and Watertown. A seventh location in Avon will open later in June.

The Glastonbury site is led by Scott Stoll, branch manager and licensed loan officer. Stoll has served as First World's vice president and senior loan officer for more than 20 years.

The West Hartford mortgage lender was founded at 127 Prospect Ave. in 1992.
