Bloomfield's The Arbors draw $27M

A 132-unit Bloomfield apartment community in the shadow of the town's Woodland Avenue industrial corridor has sold for $26.85 million, brokers say.

Bloomfield Realty Partners sold The Arbors at Brighton Park, 627 Brighton Park Way, to a unit of Paredim Partners LLC, sole broker Institutional Property Advisors, a unit Marcus & Millichap, said Thursday.

The 14-acre property is 1 ˝ miles from the town's center, set back off Woodland Avenue, where Niagara Bottling has a packaging facility, and where precision-parts maker Deringer-Ney built its new headquarters.

Opened in Oct. 2016, The Arbors' developer said at the time that it had plans to launch a second phase that would add 60 adjacent luxury townhomes.
